Procedure

To prepare phase A, charge the water into the main mixing vessel and begin mixing with an overhead mixer and propeller blade at 500 rpm. Slowly sift the Structure XL rheology modifier into the vortex. When completely in solution, add the Biostyle XH polymer. Begin heating to 80°C. For phase B add all of the ingredients into a second mixing vessel and heat to 80°C. When both phase A and B reach 80°C, add phase B to phase A and continue mixing at 500 rpm for an additional 5 minutes. For phase C, mix the cooling water, Dissolvine NA-2 chelate, and preservative in a third vessel until homogeneous. Turn off the heat then add phase C to the main mixing vessel to begin cooling. Add phase D once batch reaches 70-75°C. Continue mixing and cooling. Allow batch to sit for 24 hours and measure pH. For phase E, fill containers and crimp, then charge cans with propellant.
